Nemesis Now use data to improve their customer journey
Importers, exporters, designers and distributors of gothic and fantasy giftware, Nemesis Now, have a state-of-the-art warehouse in Stoke-on-Trent, with in-house designers and 3D printers, from which it delivers products to customers throughout the UK, Europe and numerous countries worldwide.
The company were looking to enhance their sales process by utilising data to improve the customer journey and had been searching for an ‘off the shelf’ solution for over twelve months. The Keele Gateway team created a computer programme to produce individualised customer catalogues, based on previous sales history.
Managing Director of Nemesis Now, Nick Chadwick, said: “What we really liked about working with Keele is the knowledge and expertise on hand throughout the project. They really listened to the brief and we were impressed with the academic and the student team. Not only was the brief answered successfully but we were provided with suggestions for further developments throughout the project.”
The following support programmes available within the Keele Gateway are receiving funding from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) (as part of the England 2014-2020 European Structural and Investment Funds (ESIF) Growth Programme):
- Keele University Science & Innovation Park Smart Innovation Hub (Ref: 32R17P01691);
- Smart Energy Network Demonstrator (Ref: 32R16P00706);
- Business Bridge (Ref: 32R18P02530);
- Innovation Centre Seven - IC7 (Ref: 32R19P03785).
Additionally, Innovation Centre 7 and its associated programmes are part-funded through a suite of funders including the Research England Development Fund, and UK Government funding through the Getting Building Fund.
