Foundations of Law (15 credits)

You will develop a foundational understanding of English (Common Law) legal methods and how to apply them to disputes and recent or contemporary issues in society. In doing so, you will learn where to locate, how to interpret and use relevant sources of law, including statutes and case reports, and how to construct an appropriate legal argument.
