CURIOSITY: The Visual Field of Inquiry Exhibition Preview Night

On Tuesday 2 May, we welcomed the Society of Staffordshire Artists at a preview evening of their current Exhibition CURIOSITY: The Visual Field of Investigation. The exhibition was officially opened by the University's Pro Vice- Chancellor Professor Fiona Cownie and John Thirlwall from the Society.
The exhibition illustrates the visual curiosity of the artist. Founded in 1933, the Society of Staffordshire Artists can count among its membership some of the best known and well respected names in the Staffordshire art world, promoting and encouraging artists of all types with several exhibitions a year at prime venues within the county and beyond.
The exhibition will run until 7 June 2017 and can be viewed at the University Art Gallery.
