At ArtsKeele we are monitoring the current situation with the utmost caution and during this period of uncertainty, our number one priority remains the welfare of all those associated with the University and the ArtsKeele events programme. We are closely following the GOV.UK guidelines, in particular the regularly updated pages on ‘stay at home’ and NHS guidance.
Following guidance on 16th March, the University is now in the process of reducing its level of operation. As such, we will be cancelling ArtsKeele events for the forseeable future. This will immediately effect:
- Circling Event set to take place Tuesday March 17 at 5pm
- Keele Chapel Singers: Spring Concert set to take place on Saturday March 21 at 7.30pm
- Dodo Street Band set to take place Wednesday March 25 at 7:30pm
- Keele Philharmonic Orchestra and Keele Voices Choir set to take place on Friday march 27 at 7.45pm
We will endeavour to keep you updated on this and other events set to take place in the coming weeks. For an update on the status of ArtsKeele events, please visit our website.
We are closely monitoring the situation and will update our guidance as and when necessary, adopting the advice from Public Health England to ensure the welfare of our students, staff, and visitors.
If you require any additional information about symptoms of COVID-19, please visit NHS Choices or Public Health England who have published a Q&A about the virus on their blog.
