Chapters Café Exhibition Opportunity

Who: Are you an artist local to Stoke on Trent or Newcastle Under Lyme whose work explores any of the below themes?

- Adventure
- Change/growth
We are looking for work to exhibit within our small gallery space in Chapters Cafe, Union Square, Keele University. This is a wonderful opportunity to get your work within a busy public space at the centre of the beautiful Keele campus.
What: 2D visual art that explores at least one of the listed themes and that will resonate with our broad student population and visitors of Keele. You will also need to provide some biographical information, a brief written overview about the work and captions for each piece to be exhibited.
It is only a small exhibition space comprising of three walls, but lends itself well to both small-scale, detailed work and large-scale statement pieces.
There will be the option of undertaking a paid public workshop during the run of the exhibition, should this be appropriate to your practice. You could also host a small launch/celebration event if you would like to capitalise on this exhibition opportunity.
When: Deadline for expressions of interest 25/11/24.
Install Monday 09/12/24.
Exhibition from 10/12/24 until 28/01/25.
This is an unpaid solo show opportunity, but group shows of work to advertise artist studios, groups or workspaces will be considered.
