Renowned novelist and academic Abdulrazak Gurnah, who was awarded the 2021 Nobel Prize in Literature will be giving a public reading from his work at Keele University.

The Darkest Midnight is a sublime collection of songs for winter from the Middle Ages to the modern era embracing the secular and the sacred. Casting a dark glamour all of its own, the bleakness of winter has prompted some of the most bewitching, brittle and bright songs. Tickets are £16 or FREE for students and ages 16 & under.
