When Art Meets Mental Health

When Art Meets Mental Health is a powerful and thought-provoking exhibition
that explores the often unseen and deeply personal experiences associated with
mental health. Through a diverse collection of creative works, the exhibition aims
to break the silence, challenge stigma, and encourage open, honest conversations
around mental well-being.

Artist Daniel Rhead-Brown also known as DRB-Designs brings a deeply personal
perspective to the exhibition, using a variety of mediums including digital
illustration, painting, and graphic design. His work reflects the complexities of
mental health, drawing on themes of vulnerability, resilience, and self-expression.
Each piece invites the viewer to reflect, connect, and empathise.

This exhibition serves as a reminder that mental health affects us all often in ways
we may not immediately see. It asks us to look beyond the surface and to check in
on those around us: the strong ones, the quiet ones, the ones who always say
they're fine.

Because sometimes, the most powerful thing we can do is simply ask,
"How are you really doing?"
