Keele ranked Best UK University in Student Crowd Awards 2022
Keele University has been ranked by students as being the best in the UK in the nationwide Student Crowd Awards.
The University has won the coveted No.1 spot in the “Best UK University” category in this year’s awards, highlighting its commitment to providing an outstanding student experience.
The Student Crowd Awards, which have been announced today, are based purely on verified student feedback with nearly 16,000 reviews being used to decide the winners of all 11 award categories.
The reviews used in the assessment were posted between June 2020 and May 2022, highlighting not only the outstanding student experience on offer at Keele in general, but the extra support that students received throughout the Covid pandemic.
Keele also performed strongly in the “Value for Money” and “Accommodation” categories of this year’s awards.
Professor Trevor McMillan OBE, Vice-Chancellor of Keele University said: “We are delighted to have been ranked as the Best UK University in this year’s Student Crowd awards, and the fact that this award is a direct result of our students’ feedback is particularly humbling and welcome.
“My sincere thanks go to our students for their positive feedback, and for the confidence they put in the student experience and educational offering we provide at Keele. I must also pay tribute to our hard-working staff, both academic and professional services, whose efforts to provide our students with an outstanding education and student experience – especially throughout the disruption of the Covid pandemic – are to be commended.”
