Biography

Hady Atef was graduated from Egypt, Faculty of physiotherapy, Cairo University, Egypt in 2010. He then completed his Master in cardiovascular rehabilitation from Cairo University, in 2015. Then completed his conjoint Ph.D. (between Cairo University and University of Stirling) in cardiovascular and sleep rehabilitation in 2020. After graduation for 12 years, he worked at faculty of physiotherapy, Cairo University teaching cardiorespiratory and geriatrics rehabilitation for undergraduate and postgraduate students. This includes two years of remote research activity and affiliation with University of Bern, Switzerland (2021-2023).

In 2022 he moved to UK and worked for the NHS at Hartley Hospital before joining School of Allied Health Professions, Keele University in May-2023.
