Keele University is hosting a free Pre-Application Webinar for the Social Worker Apprenticeship programme (subject to validation) launching in early 2025.

In order to support local employees and employers, the webinar will give you information about what the Social Worker Apprenticeship course will look like, and answer any questions about what a career in social work might entail. Led by the social work team at Keele, there will also be time allocated to application advice and tips on how to be successful at interview delivered by colleagues in our Careers department.

The sessions are aimed at people interested in social work as a career who already hold a degree.

What does 'subject to validation' mean?

This course is ‘subject to validation’ which means that it is in the last stages of the validation process, awaiting final approval. Validation is a rigorous process undertaken with academic staff, students, independent subject experts, and employers to ensure the course is of high quality, and able to prepare students well for their future employment or further study. Validation is not guaranteed.
