Prunus incisa 'Kaki' ex Choteau
Prunus incisa 'Kaki' was selected and grown by M. André Charlier at the Arboretum Rond Chêne in E. Belgium. This cherry is named after the affectionate nickname of M. Charlier’s granddaughter Catherine. Scions were supplied by M. Benoit Choteau.
A floriferous tree blooming in late March, showing the smallest white flowers with thin spear-shaped petals which show dark centres on aging. Young leaves are green.
