Rugged display specialists improve their end-to-end workflow processes
Rugged display specialists, Flat Vision Products, were looking for support to improve their end-to-end workflow processes. The company has over 30 years’ experience tailoring displays to a diverse range of environments and sectors including health organisation, industry, military and leisure.
The Keele Gateway team worked alongside the company to understand their internal processes from initial receipt of an enquiry through to dispatch of the product, reviewing and refining these to maximise productivity.
Additionally, the project team developed and implemented an online portal, providing customers with best practice, tips and advice, which has been successfully integrated into the company’s website.
Company Director Martin Bose spoke about his experience and how Keele can be a valuable asset to SMEs in Staffordshire, saying: “I would 100% recommend the programme, it’s been fantastic. Without having the fully-funded support and the resource on board in terms of two students doing both tasks I wouldn’t of have brought this product to market in the timescale we have, and whether we would have achieved this at all I don’t know.”
