Business growth for local performance improvement specialists thanks to Keele University
Located on the Keele University Science & Innovation Park, management consultancy, HR and recruitment company, CIF, have grown significantly thanks to Keele University.
CIF began their tenancy at the Keele University Science & Innovation Park in 2011 delivering business improvement and training across the Midlands. They quickly outgrew their space before moving to larger offices on the Park and subsequently acquired HR & recruitment company, MPCG, to work alongside their business consultancy to create an overall service focusing on people and process to maximise business performance.
In 2017 the company utilised the Keele Research and Innovation Support Programme (KRISP)* in order to research an effective Customer Relationship Management system for CIF’s HR consulting arm, MPCG.
Business Development Manager at MPCG, Alec Proctor, praised Keele University after what has been a strong year for the company. He said: “The selection of a suitable CRM system is a direct outcome from taking part in the Keele University KRISP programme has been a step-change for the business as we moved forward this year. Without the support from KRISP, I don’t think we would have been able to grow so quickly this year. It provided a useful pilot and analysis for the company to see how the system would work and how it fits in to our three-year business strategy. We are confident we have a strong CRM system for the company and our clients as we continue to grow.”
MPCG/CIF are recruiting new team members in early 2019 as the business extends its reach across the Midlands. Alec continued: “As the company grows we want to benefit those around us; we like to see success in the individual, as well as the business and we’re busy building our networks and relationships with local companies and communities. Continued customer satisfaction with our high quality Business Improvement, HR and Recruitment services gives us the confidence to grow at our Keele University base.”
“We are located right where we want to be on the Keele University Science & Innovation Park. The facilities and support have been excellent. It’s a fantastic local hub for businesses to connect and grow that we are proud to be part of.”
