The case of Blue Tourism in Minami Sanriku
On March 14, 2-4pm CASIC memeber Yiwen Lin gave a talk titled "The case of Blue Tourism in Minami Sanriku" which was followed by a community workshop.
The cultural animation workshop invited the participants to explore themes emerging from the talk in a hands on, creative and participatory fashion.
They built installations, made art and wrote haikus to express their feelings about the disaster and its aftermaths. The workshop was facilitated by award winning theatre director, Sue Moffat (New Vic Theatre).
