Aims
This module aims to build on social work theory and methods from year 2 of the BA Hons. It aims to facilitate critical thinking and analysis in the application of broader social theories in social science.

Assignment (4,000 words)
The assessment is an assignment on a contemporary social work practice challenge. Students will critically evaluate the context, importance, insights and impact of two social work theoretical approaches to addressing this challenge and the potential transformative opportunities and properties they bring for service users and communities. Word count 4,000 words
