This synoptic module forms part of the Master in Chemistry (MChem) degree programmes, and allows students to revisit key topics introduced at Levels 4, 5 and 6 to develop deeper understanding, and promote the importance of these topics in other areas of chemistry. The module aims to encourage students to draw links between different topics, promoting a holistic approach to the learning of chemistry before they embark on their final year studies.
Aims
to enable students to develop and display a broad understanding of the chemistry course and the links between topics;to develop synthesis, problem solving and organisational skills.
