Aims
To enable students to understand the requirements of professional practice and to support them in the development of confidence and competence in a range of academic and professional skills for study and communication.

Intended Learning Outcomes

Study hours

Lectures: 20 hours (will include occasional practical workshop components)

Description of Module Assessment

1: Portfolio weighted 100%
A portfolio submission including both report and skills components (equivalent of a 3000-4000 word report).
Using academic, professional and communications skills, students will be asked to communicate presentation materials, demonstrate teamwork skills and prepare an individual report. This will be the equivalent of a 3000-4000 word report.
