Description for 2022/23


Aims
To introduce students to the key institutions, methods and principles of UK and EU Constitutional Law.
Students will critically assess the importance of EU and UK Constitutional Law as a site of engagement for individuals and groups interested in legal reforms by conducting legal research and solving practical problems.

Intended Learning Outcomes

articulate a detailed knowledge of the relevant legal principles underpinning UK and EU Constitutional Law: 1
acquire advanced critical understanding of specific cases and recent political developments and their relevance to the development of UK and EU Constitutional Law: 1
undertake independent legal research and analyse key issues in UK and EU Constitutional Law: 1
