One key aspect of the Integrated Masters in Management is the opportunity to tailor your four year programme to meet the interests and aspirations of students. This module, taught in a tutorial style where learning is assessed with both summative and formative tasks, helps the student get the most valuable and authentic experience. The module is highly interactive and revolves around a series of personalised learning opportunities. The Programme Director delivers and supports students on their learning trajectory. In terms of employability, the module empowers students by offering them more control, more responsibility over their learning independence and creativity. The module will build adaptive skills that will benefit the student on their Integrated Masters in Management journey and onwards into the workplace.
