This module will develop an understanding of theories and social context of entrepreneurship. It is intended to develop students' analytical skills and provide an academic grounding for students including: those considering entrepreneurship as an employment option or wishing to better understand the contemporary preoccupation with entrepreneurship
Aims
To develop an understanding of entrepreneurship with reference to finance, management and marketing.To apply these theories in real world contexts, with specific reference to small business start-ups. To help give students the ability and confidence to start a new business.
