Aims
This module will enable students to: examine the link between the workplace setting and health of individuals and populations consider factors relating to health and wellbeing in a workplace environment

Description of Module Assessment
1: Reflective Analysis weighted 60%A 1,500-word reflection based on experience of work-based learningStudents will reflect on their development of knowledge, skills and communication skills in a work-based learning environment and record in a portfolio (1,500 words). The portfolio will be an extension of the portfolio developed at Level 4.
2: Exercise weighted 40%A 1,000-word strategy and action plan relating to health and wellbeing in the workplaceA 1,000-word strategy and action plan which will identify and develop key goals and actions, timelines and outcomes leading to improvement of health and wellbeing in a workplace environment
