Description for 2023/24

This module gives you the opportunity to work on a real problem/project set by KBS and where appropriate in agreement with an organisation. You will have the opportunity to work on an organisational task and provide a viable solution. These projects can be wide ranging and they are your opportunity to contribute to the success of an organisation. In doing so, you will develop a range of transferable skills and enhance your CV with relevant work experience.

Aims
The aim of this module is to enable students to work on a project for an organisation and to develop and apply their skills within an organisational context.

Intended Learning Outcomes

Identify, propose and evaluate possible solutions to an identified organisational issue in appropriate depth, commensurate with the extended time spent on the consultancy project.: 1,2
Reflect on and apply academic themes, concepts and theory as explored at Level 4, 5 and 6 to a complex real work project: 1,2
Develop a personal set of transferable skills that may be utilised in any comparable organisation.: 1,2
