Description for 2024/25

This module has a focus on all aspects of resource management including risk and crisis management. Students will take a systems approach to decision making, adapting to unexpected or changing situations in healthcare. The module takes a blended learning approach to meet the needs of students in professional roles and encourages engagement in collaborative practice.

Aims
To develop a systematic understanding of resource management in healthcare settings and the impact of resource management in crisis. Examine how effective resource management strengthens health service delivery.
