Description for 2024/25

The module combines theory and practice which allows students to develop a comprehensive knowledge of contemporary human resource management and thus enables students to better understand effective people management within an international context. It will also develop students' leadership, management and communication skills in a global context.

Aims
The module aims to equip students with knowledge and critical understanding of the complex issues of managing people in an international context and the human resources (HR) strategy and practices for organisations operating across national boundaries.
