Aims
The aim of this module is to enable students to work on a project for an organisation and to develop and apply their skills within an organisational context.

Intended Learning Outcomes

Identify, propose and evaluate possible solutions to an identified organisational issue in appropriate depth, commensurate with the extended time spent on the consultancy project.: 1,2
Reflect on and apply academic themes, concepts and theory as explored at Level 4, 5 and 6 to a complex real work project: 1,2
Develop a personal set of transferable skills that may be utilised in any comparable organisation.: 1,2

Description of Module Assessment

1: Presentation weighted 30%
Presentation
15 minute presentation outlining the project and solution.

2: Portfolio weighted 70%
Portfolio
2000-2500 word portfolio to include: Project report Analysis demonstrating the use of theoretical insights to a practical project Critical reflective review of personal development during project
