This module forms part of the MSc Physiotherapy programme at Keele which is an innovative programme of study which prepares the graduate for clinical practice in changing health and social care settings.
This module will enable the students to understand the the characteristics of effective leadership and service delivery, enabling students to take a lead on the delivery of high quality health care.
Aims
This module aims to:
- Evaluate the role of effective leadership in healthcare.
- Develop the skills and knowledge to effectively plan, implement and deliver high quality healthcare services.
