Race Equality Charter
Keele University made a commitment to work towards the Race Equality Charter (REC) Bronze Award in early 2017, received a Bronze Award in 2019 and successfully applied for a Silver award in July 2024. The REC Self-Assessment Team (RECSAT) is co-chaired by Vice-Chancellor Professor Trevor McMillan and Dr Lisa Lau along with a range of staff and students with a commitment to the advancement of race equality either through their role at Keele or personal interest.
