Harper and Keele Veterinary School
The ultra-modern Harper and Keele Veterinary School welcomed its first students in October 2021. It is one of the most recent vet schools to be opened anywhere in the UK and combines the extensive animal health and science expertise of Harper Adams, with Keele’s world-renowned expertise in medicine, healthcare and life sciences, as well as its laboratories for top class teaching and research.

A new veterinary building on each of the two campuses has created an exceptionally rich and authentic environment for veterinary education and research. As well as modern, high-tech teaching facilities and laboratories, the building on Keele’s campus also features space which will be let out to practicing veterinarians, meaning students will not have to travel far to shadow qualified vets at a working practice, engaging with the public and their animals.
