Social work at Keele ranked in Top 10 in England
Social work at Keele has been ranked among the Top 10 in England in the Complete University Guide 2022.
The course has climbed in this year’s ranking, scoring highly for excellent graduate prospects, research intensity and research quality.
Studying social work at Keele gives students a solid foundation for their future careers, encompassing the study of the social sciences, ethics and the law as they relate to social work theory and practice. They also benefit from real world experience thanks to practitioners, service users and carers all having an input at every stage of the course.
Keele University is also a member of The West Midlands Social Work Teaching Partnership, which includes local authorities, children's trusts, NHS trusts and universities, and is led by principal social workers, workforce development leads and senior academics across children's and adult services, to strengthen social work teaching across the region.
