JSLUG 2016
The 1 June 2016 saw approximately 75 undergraduates attend the first ever JSLUG conference, hosted in Chancellors building for the first time.
The day saw 18 verbal presentations and 12 posters from across all three of Keele's faculties. The standard of the work on show was inspiring and the event was enjoyed by all.
Our award-winning presentations in 2016 were:
- Steph Lonsdale, Psychology - An Alternative Approach to Autism (Verbal)
- Maria Van Veelen, Medicine - Health Inequity in Ebola-affected Countries (Poster)
Further to this, we have even had two of our presenters go on to have their JSLUG presentations accepted at the Global Congress of Undergraduate Research in Qatar, due to take place in November 2016!
