Pool room bookings
Please email vacation.poolrooms@keele.ac.uk with details of the date, times and numbers required if wishing to book a room within the vacation period. If you would like to request a room during term time, please email timetabling@keele.ac.uk.
The conference and events team will confirm by email the room which has been booked along with the date and time. The room will be made available in the standard teaching layout and this is a room only request, with no internal charge for the pool room booking.
If catering is required this can be arranged through the delivered catering service. Catering will be supplied to the room on a delivery and collection basis only with no service included. If this is not suitable for your booking request and a set up and service is required please see below options.
Audio visual equipment can be arranged direct with the AVS team and no charge will be made.
Term dates 19/20
- Semester one: 30 September 2019 - 24 January 2020
- Semester two: 27 January 2020 - 12 June 2020
- Christmas vacation: 21 December 2019 - 12 January 2020
- Easter vacation: 28 March 2020 - 19 April 2020
