Chair: Professor Claire Leitch
Claire is the Executive Dean at Lancaster University Management School and a Professor of Entrepreneurial Learning. Prior to joining Lancaster, Claire held posts at Queen’s University Management School, Belfast and the University of Ulster. As an international scholar in gender and leadership in entrepreneurial contexts, leading a major EU-project addressing gender inequality in business schools, Professor Leitch was also responsible for leading LUMS’ successful Athena Swan submission, awarded in May 2021. In addition, Claire is the Editor of International Small Business Journal, a leading entrepreneurship journal.
