Julia Cove-Smith
Julia is the CEO of Emma Bridgewater Pottery Ltd. Julia is an experienced leader of senior management and executive teams, having extensive retail and e-commerce experience. Julia has held senior positions in marketing and business development at Waterstones and WHSmith. Julia has demonstrated she is a strong, thoughtful leader, who is keen to listen to feedback from cross-functional teams at all levels, confident decision-maker. Her experiences include securing an £8m investment from BGF to support further UK growth and international expansion, and leading the Emma Bridgewater business to achieve B Corp status.
