Malcolm Boswell
Malcolm was until recently the Director of Acas West Midlands, having worked for Acas since 1987, progressing through the organisation, working in all areas of operational delivery, including collective conciliation and consultancy work. He was involved in a number of major policy initiatives working with a range of government departments and the social partners. He has specialised in supporting business growth through management training, employee engagement and developing the link with health and wellbeing in the workplace. More recent focus was on age management and gender pay within the area of general equality, diversity and inclusion. Prior to joining Acas, he worked within petroleum retail and then logistics within the food industry.
