Biography
Professor Eleanor Davies is Director of Education and Professor of Business Education of Keele Business School. She is a is a member of the Chartered Association of Business School Learning, Teaching and Student Experience Committee and a Certified Management and Business Educator (CMBE).
Prior to Keele, she was Associate Dean Teaching and Learning at Huddersfield Business School where and was academic lead for the School's successful AACSB accreditation. She has extensive experience in business education, enterprise and employability, pedagogy, assessment and feedback, and degree apprenticeships.
Research and scholarship
Professor Davies is a Registered Occupational Psychologist (HCPC). Her research interests are in older workers, retirement, job satisfaction and careers. She has published multiple journal articles, book chapters, and conference papers, and have reviewed for several journals. She also has experience in coaching psychology practice and mentoring.
She presents regularly at the Chartered Association of Business School Learning, Teaching and Student Experience conferences.
Teaching
Research methods, Employee Engagement, Human Resource Management. Experience in executive education, help to grow, postgraduate and degree apprenticeships.
