Swati Garg

Biography

Swati Garg is a PhD in Management with specialisation in Organisational Behaviour from Indian Institute of Technology Delhi, India. Prior to PhD, she has done Masters in Commerce and Bachelors in Commerce (honours degree) from University of Delhi, India. She has also worked with KPMG India as an Analyst.

Research and scholarship

Swati's research interests include employee proactive behaviour, employee well-being, entrepreneurial decent work and life, and implications of artificial intelligence for employees and workplaces.

Her PhD research focused on employees' proactive efforts targeted at making changes to their jobs with an aim of improving their work life.

Teaching

Swati's area of teaching is organisational behaviour and human resource management, for both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Currently, she is teaching modules on organisational behaviour, employee development and employee resourcing.
