92 colleagues awarded HEA fellowship
The Keele Institute for Innovation and Teaching Excellence is delighted to announce that 92 members of staff at Keele University have been awarded Fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) through the University’s HEA Continuing Professional Development (CPD) Route over the last two years.
Fellowship is a sought-after award that provides recognition of professionalism for those supporting teaching and learning and validates their exemplary practice in areas of activity, core knowledge and professional values.
Sarah Rhodes, recently appointed Senior Academic Developer in KIITE, said: "Those achieving Fellowship have demonstrated their capability in critically reflecting on their educational practice, impact and leadership of learning and teaching.
“This is a significant achievement for many either on taught programmes such as ITAD, PgC/APA or the HEA CPD scheme. Plans are afoot to further strengthen the Fellowship community including active sessions and professional development opportunities. Further details on collaborative, exchange activities will be shared over the next few months.”
For further details about Fellowship, please email kiite@keele.ac.uk.
Congratulations to the following colleagues employed at Keele who have been awarded accredited status by the Higher Education Academy (HEA) - please note this list omits external staff affected and those no longer in the staff directory.
