Join the Academic and Digital Skills team for a workshop on how to reflect critically in your reflective assessments. By the end of this workshop, you should be able to:

• Define critical reflection
• Describe the relationship between reflective thinking and reflective writing
• Identify the types of evidence in reflective writing
• Explain the value of academic literature for your reflections
• Apply reflective frameworks to your experiences to improve the quality of your reflections
