Join the Academic and Digital Skills team for a workshop on how to take effective notes in your classes and for your studies. By the end of this workshop, you should be able to: 

• Explain the purpose of notetaking for your studies. 
• Identify active listening techniques. 
• Assess your active listening skills. 
• Describe the tools and techniques you can use to support your notetaking. 
• Apply notetaking techniques and tools. 
• Discuss what you should do with your notes after classes or study sessions.
