Join the Academic and Digital Skills team for a workshop on how to organise your time and workload effectively to help you succeed in your studies. By the end of this workshop, you should be able to:

• Explain the purpose of time management 
• Summarise the common barriers to effective time management 
• Compare time management strategies 
• Review your own workload and commitments to construct your own study schedule
