That the chairs in Silent Study are not adjustable and not suitable for sitting at a desk for long periods of time
We did:
We have reviewed the chairs in all of our Silent Study areas and whilst they are not adjustable they are suitable for working at desks without computers. We are not required to provide adjustable chairs for these desks but they should have a reasonable comfort level and not be too heavy to move. We would not however recommend working in the Library areas for long periods of time without taking suitable rest breaks. We have a Refreshments area on the ground floor with drinks and snack vending facilities. We also have a wellbeing space on the middle floor where you can take a break from studies to do some mindful activities such as a jigsaw or colouring.

You like the Wellbeing space for relaxation and asked if we could provide a sleep pod for overnight study
We did:
We do not encourage students to work overnight and rather than providing a sleep pod, we'd prefer that you went home to have some proper rest and return to the Library refreshed and ready to study
