Welcome to your Library: subject resources and reading lists
A warm welcome to our new and returning students to the 2024/2025 academic year!
Your library has dedicated subject resources pages, covering a range of subjects from Veterinary Medicine to Law, and each subject resources page contains a selection of hand-picked key recommendations by your subject Liaison Librarians across a vast range of resources including databases, eBooks, help and guidance, and useful links.
Each subject resources page also contains access to that subject’s online reading lists as well as guides and tutorials to help get you started in using the library. You can also find the contact information for the named Liaison Librarian for that subject area too!
Reading lists, are a list of resources for you to use for your course created by your module tutor, and these can be searched by module title or code and when you view your lists, the online resources button links you directly to digitised readings, ebooks, e-journal articles and more. You can also select any resource to view more details including library availability. There’s also the option to create your own study notes or set personal reading intentions too (you will need to sign-in with your Keele email address and password to use this function). You can also check out our Reading lists... in a Nutshell module for help.
You’ll also find links to our ‘... In a Nutshell’ training sessions and academic skills on our subject resources pages as well!
The A-Z of online resources is our one-stop shop of all our online resources in alphabetical order, so you can easily find the resource you are after.
So, don’t forget to bookmark your subject resources page and online reading lists, and chat to your named Liaison Librarian too!
