Biography
Greg, newly appointed to the School of Medicine in September 2023, assumes the role of Lecturer in Paramedic Science on the recently established MSci in Paramedic Science. Greg's academic journey began with the successful completion of his FdSc and BSc in Paramedic Science at Staffordshire University.
In his role as Lecturer at the School of Medicine, Greg brings a wealth of practical experience and a passion for education. His multidisciplinary interests and dedication to advancing the field of Paramedic Science make him a valuable addition to the academic community.
In conjunction with his teaching responsibilities at Keele University, Greg currently holds dual roles in the healthcare sector. One as an Advanced Paramedic Practitioner specialising in Urgent & Emergency Care at Royal Derby Hospital and, as a Specialist Practitioner for East Midlands Ambulance Service, delivering advanced emergency and urgent care services across Derbyshire. Greg is a senior clinical leader providing expert assessment, decision-making, and care for a wide range of patients, including critical injuries, clinical complexities, & minor injuries and illnesses.
