Our support, services and the Keele community

Here's some more information about the sorts of help available to our students.

Our Student Services team in the Tawney Building can provide information about the range of additional support and activities available to students at Keele.

Our teams have prepared lots of resources to help all students get into the swing of academic life. Access these resources here

Advice & Support at Keele (ASK) delivers a free, confidential and impartial advice service that is separate from the University. Advisers are part of Keele SU.

Life as a Keele student is about so much more than academic studies - although that is a big part! Find out more about opportunities our students have outside of their studies.

We also work with Health Assured to provide all students with access to a 24-hour confidential helpline and digital resources to help them through any of life’s issues or problems.

From welcome buddies to mental health peer supporters, our students are here to help each other!

Resident Advisers are in every halls of residence on campus and are there to support other students.

Our campaign to ensure everyone feels welcome at Keele.
