Biography
Biography
Sabrina is a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with more than 20 years experience of working in psychological therapies in roles including Assistant Psychologist for Children Looked After, Primary Care Mental Health Worker, Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner and Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist. Sabrina was awarded her PGDip in Adult Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapy by the University of Derby in 2014. Sabrina's other university qualifications include a BSc (Hons) in Psychology, a PGCert in Primary Care Mental Health Practice, a PGCert in Psychotherapy Studies, a PGCert in Forensic Psychology and an MRes in Psychology. Sabrina has experience in working for the NHS, private Talking Therapies organisations and not-for-profit Talking Therapies organisations. Sabrina set up her own Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Practice in January 2023. Sabrina is also a committee member for the Spontaneous Cases Committee with the Society for Psychical Research.
