Hidden Voices in Primary Care Study
Lead Researchers: Dr Andrew Finney and Dr Angela Clifford
Researchers in the School of Nursing and Midwifery at Keele University are working on a research study called Hidden Voices in Primary Care.
This study is focused on understanding the causes and impacts of the recruitment and retention crisis of the general practice non-medical clinical workforce (including practice nurses, pharmacists, physiotherapists, and others).
We are looking for general practice non-medical clinical staff in Staffordshire to complete a short survey about their views and experiences. This survey is now open and the Participant Information Sheet – which contains the survey link – can be found below.
For any questions about this study please contact Dr Angela Clifford a.clifford@keele.ac.uk.
You can follow updates about this study on this page or on LinkedIn/X search for #hiddenvoiceskeele.
Later in the year we will be seeking professionals who have left general practice from one of the above roles in England since 2020 to complete a similar survey. Please keep an eye on this page for further information about this.
