These awards are available to both undergraduate and postgraduate students. Postgraduates must be continuing at Keele after the summer course has ended in order to receive the award.

Alan Sumner Language Bursary

Award type: Cheque
Amount: to be confirmed on an annual basis

This bursary covers travel costs to a German- or French-speaking country to enhance intercultural understanding.

This prize will be listed on the HEAR, and will be announced at graduation.

Santander Bursary

Award type: Cheque or bank payment
Amount: to be confirmed on an annual basis

The travel bursaries are awarded to students taking language studies to enable them to participate in an intensive summer language course at a partner university.
