We read all submissions and aim to respond within 30 working days. We’ll also publish all submissions and responses on these webpages for transparency, unless you ask us not to.

You can tell us anything about student life – from feedback about our campus and services, to your general student experience.

Your comment must follow our student rules and regulations, and please remember that ‘Let us know’ is not a service helpdesk. Please submit comments about your course or modules via module evaluations.

Submissions to ‘Let us know’ are not monitored 24/7.

Yes, you do not need to log in to use the form, and can access it off campus.

Your comments are read by us and we then pass them on to the relevant manager. Depending on the nature of the comment we might pass it on to more senior levels of University management. The person who receives the comment will consider your submission and write a response. We will then send this response to you if you provide your contact details.

We also analyse your comments along with other data to inform us about how we are doing in certain areas. These comments also feed into the University strategy.

You can submit a comment anonymously if you wish - simply leave the name and email address boxes empty when filling out the form. This ensures that your comment will be kept anonymous.

However, we will not be able to reply directly to you if you don’t provide us with contact details. We can publish your comment and the response on our website, but only if you have ticked the box agreeing to this whilst filling out the form.

We aim to respond to all comments within 30 working days. Some comments may require longer than 30 working days to fully resolve but we will keep you informed of progress with your comment if so.

Students are informed when submitting a comment that we reserve the right to redact or not respond to comments that are deemed to be unacceptable. Comments may be unacceptable if they are aggressive, abusive, threatening, unnecessarily personal or emotionally damaging.
