Interested in getting involved with Residence Life?

Applications to become a Resident Adviser for the 2025/26 academic year are now OPEN.

Resident Advisers (RAs) are a team of full-time Keele Students who live in Keele Halls of Residence to help provide information, guidance and welfare support to students who call Keele campus their home. The role is voluntary, however, students who are successful in the role:

  • receive extensive support and training
  • make a difference to the lives of students
  • make friends for life
  • get subsidised on-campus accommodation for the academic year

Before applying, it's important that you read the 'About the RA Role' slides below and take the considerations into account.

We will also be holding the following drop-in sessions where you will have the opportunity to find out more about the role:
