Biography
Lucy graduated with a BSc (Hons) in Forensic Science and Law and went on to complete a Post Graduate Certificate of Education in Chemistry. Lucy has over ten years of teaching experience with additional responsibilities in her teaching career such as developing and delivering training programmes to aspiring teachers and mentoring newly qualified teachers. Lucy joined Keele in 2021 as a Lecturer in Chemistry and alongside her role as chemistry module lead on the Foundation Year Health route, she is dedicated to developing her professional practice and scholarship. Lucy is a member of the Royal Society of Chemistry, has gained fellowship status with the Higher Education Academy and completed an MA in Education in June 2024.
